Does Nova have access to my money?
No. Your money stays in your own exchange account. You use an API key without withdrawal rights, so nobody can withdraw via Nova.

Does my PC need to stay on?
Yes, the Trader runs on your Windows PC. As long as it is on and connected, it trades 24/7.
Can I connect my own AI model?
Yes, optionally. Connect Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Mistral or a local model via Ollama or LM Studio with your own API key. The model reviews every trade alongside the built-in AI; pick one model or let them decide together. Connecting is free; API costs are billed by your own provider.

Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. The current period is not refunded, except where a statutory right of withdrawal applies.

No. Nobody can promise profit. Crypto trading is risky and you can lose money. Start with an amount you can afford to lose.

Before you start
Always set a stop-loss, a maximum size per trade, a daily loss limit and a maximum holding time per position in the app first.
Start with a small amount you can afford to lose and only increase once you know how it behaves.

You use your own exchange keys. Nova never holds or manages customer funds and cannot withdraw from your account.
Always create API keys without withdrawal rights and restrict them to your own IP address where your exchange allows it.

- You buy a personal licence to use the software on up to 2 PCs while your subscription runs.
- The subscription (€39 per month or €390 per year; in USD $42.99 or $429) is available worldwide; checkout shows the amount in the displayed currency. It renews automatically and can be cancelled any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- The software is provided as is. Nova is not liable for trading losses, exchange outages or wrong signals.
- You are responsible for your own taxes and for complying with the rules in your country.
- You can cancel any time. The current period is not refunded, except where a statutory right of withdrawal applies.
