Terms of Service and risk acceptance (Placeholder text: the operator must replace it with lawyer-reviewed terms before public use.)

Nova is software provided by Nova. It runs in PAPER (simulated) mode: no real orders are placed for you and results are illustrative, not a promise of profit.
Not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing in the service is a recommendation or an offer.
Trading and crypto assets are high risk and you can lose all of the money you use elsewhere. Past or simulated performance does not predict future results.
Non-custodial: Nova never holds your funds. Exchange API keys you add must be trade-only (no withdrawals); they are stored encrypted and you can delete them at any time.
You are responsible for the security of your account, your authenticator device (2FA is mandatory) and your exchange keys, and for your own taxes and legal eligibility in your country.
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law Nova is not liable for losses arising from its use.
Subscriptions (if any) are billed by the payment provider shown at checkout and managed there. Paid tiers change convenience limits only, never the risk controls or the paper-only default.
We process your email, username and usage data to run the service. Product analytics may be used with sensitive fields masked. Contact details and the full privacy policy: [to be provided by Nova].
